24-Hour Notice Required. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. All appointments must be cancelled by phone at (215) 345-1100. If calling after hours, please leave a message. Cancellation requests are not accepted via email.
No-Show Policy. Abandoned appointments (no-shows without prior phone cancellation) will be charged the full session price. If a pre-paid credit exists, it will be applied to the missed session. An appointment is considered abandoned after 20 minutes.
Guests with abandoned appointments may be required to pre-pay for all future bookings. All prices subject to change without notice.
