You may notice a subtle immediate tightening, but HIFU’s real results build gradually as your body produces new collagen. Most clients see visible improvement at 4–8 weeks, with peak results around 8–12 weeks, and full results continuing to develop for 3–6 months after treatment.
A recommended series of 3–6 sessions produces the best results for most clients, depending on your skin, age, and goals. Many clients start with a package and add annual maintenance treatments to sustain their results.

Every session is private, discreet, and performed by a trained professional, and always begins with a complimentary consultation so you can ask questions and decide what’s right for you with no obligation. It is not suitable during pregnancy or with certain medical conditions, which we review together first.
No downtime at all. HIFU is completely non-invasive. Some clients experience mild redness, slight swelling, or tenderness in the treated area, which typically resolves within a few hours to a few days.
You can return to normal activities immediately, though we recommend gentle aftercare for the first week.
Most clients describe the sensation as brief warmth or tiny pulses of energy beneath the skin — a sign the treatment is reaching its target depth and stimulating collagen. Comfort levels vary, and your therapist will adjust the intensity to keep you comfortable throughout.
HIFU is not recommended for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a pacemaker or metal/gold implants in the treatment area, have active skin infections or open wounds, or certain medical conditions including some heart conditions, epilepsy, or active cancer.
