No downtime at all. HIFU is completely non-invasive. Some clients experience mild redness, slight swelling, or tenderness in the treated area, which typically resolves within a few hours to a few days.
You can return to normal activities immediately, though we recommend gentle aftercare for the first week.
Most clients describe the sensation as brief warmth or tiny pulses of energy beneath the skin — a sign the treatment is reaching its target depth and stimulating collagen. Comfort levels vary, and your therapist will adjust the intensity to keep you comfortable throughout.
