Dr. El-Attar graduated with honors from Alexandria Medical School in 1987. He completed training in General Surgery and Family Medicine, earned a Master’s Degree in Surgery in 1992, and later served as an Assistant Lecturer of Surgery at Alexandria University and a Visiting Instructor of Surgery at the Medical College of Ohio.

Today, he combines this academic and surgical foundation with decades of aesthetic practice. His consultations emphasize clear education, thoughtful treatment planning, and results designed to complement—not overpower—each patient’s natural features.

Dr. Ayman El-Attar is an aesthetic physician and cosmetic surgeon with more than 35 years in medicine. He holds board certifications in aesthetic medicine, laser surgery, and cosmetic gynecology; leads the American Aesthetic Association; and has taught physicians internationally.
Dr. El-Attar is board certified by the American Board of Laser Surgery, the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, and the American Board of Cosmetic Gynecology.
As part of our Grand Opening, new patients can receive a free cosmetic consultation with Dr. El-Attar. Hair restoration consultations are also complimentary. Certain specialized consultations (such as ED or hormone consultations) carry a fee that is credited toward your treatment.
Many of Dr. El-Attar’s procedures, including blepharoplasty and liposuction, are performed using local anesthesia. This approach allows for a comfortable experience, reduced downtime, and a smoother recovery. Your options will be discussed thoroughly during your consultation.
