Facials & Skin Treatments
Your skin, given time.
A facial is time set aside to understand what your skin needs now. At RELAX, the menu ranges from a Custom Signature Facial to Hydro Beauty, European Facial and Microdermabrasion options. Whether your priority is comfort, a fresher-looking surface or a more consistent skincare routine, we help you choose the appointment that fits your skin rather than asking you to navigate every treatment name alone.

Professional attention.
A personal rhythm of care.
Skin can change with the season, your routine and the procedures you have had. A product that felt comfortable last month may be too much when your skin is dry or irritated. A facial appointment creates space to assess those changes and choose an appropriate combination of cleansing, surface care and finishing products.
The RELAX facial menu offers different starting points. Some clients want the adaptable Custom Signature experience; others are drawn to a hydration-focused option or the surface refinement of microdermabrasion. The consultation helps connect the service name to the actual steps, so your appointment feels purposeful from the beginning.
Four starting points.
One individual complexion.
Custom Signature Facial
A flexible starting point for clients who want a professional skin assessment and a facial plan shaped around their current concerns. Describe what feels out of balance and ask which steps are appropriate that day.
Hydro Beauty Facial
A hydration-oriented menu option for clients interested in a refreshed, comfortable finish. Confirm the products and device steps included; the name should not be assumed to identify a particular trademarked system.
European Facial
A classic facial option for clients who appreciate a complete skincare appointment. Ask how cleansing, exfoliation and other steps are tailored, especially if you are sensitive to steam, fragrance or manual extractions.
Microdermabrasion
A surface-exfoliating option that uses a device rather than a dermaplaning blade. It may be discussed for superficial roughness and dullness, with the intensity and suitability assessed before treatment.
Care for the way your skin
looks, feels and fits your life.
Facial benefits depend on the actual products and techniques selected. These appointments support cosmetic skincare; persistent skin disease may need medical treatment.
A fresher-looking surface
Appropriate cleansing and exfoliation can help skin look more polished. The provider can distinguish superficial buildup from irritation that would benefit from less intervention.
Comfort for dry-feeling skin
A moisturizing finish may help the skin feel more comfortable. Persistent dryness, cracking or a rash should be discussed as more than a cosmetic concern.
Refinement of rough texture
Microdermabrasion or another suitable exfoliating step may be considered for the surface. Deep scars and substantial laxity require a different assessment.
Clarity about your routine
Bring the products you use and explain where the routine becomes confusing. A facial consultation can help you avoid overlapping exfoliants and unnecessary experimentation.
A recurring check-in
Occasional appointments can provide a chance to notice changes and reassess priorities. The aim is a useful rhythm of care, not a requirement to have the same treatment every month.
Time to unwind
A facial is also a pause in a busy schedule. Let the provider know your comfort preferences so the experience suits you as well as the cosmetic plan.
What happens during your visit.
The sequence varies with the facial you choose. The provider confirms what is included and adjusts where necessary for sensitivity or recent procedures.
Share your priorities
Tell us what you would like to feel or see after the visit, whether that is less tightness, a smoother finish or help choosing a routine. Mention upcoming events.
Review your skin history
Discuss allergies, medicines and recent peels, injections, laser treatments or waxing. Products used at home can matter as much as previous professional procedures.
Cleanse and assess
The skin is cleansed so the provider can assess its current condition. Areas that are inflamed or irritated may need a gentler approach or a different appointment.
Choose appropriate surface care
Exfoliation or other steps are selected for the booked service and your tolerance. Ask about any step you have not experienced before, including extractions or device-based treatment.
Complete the facial sequence
The provider works through the agreed plan while checking your comfort. Burning or persistent stinging should be reported rather than accepted as proof that a product is working.
Finish with suitable skincare
Moisturizing and protective products complete the appointment. The provider explains which familiar products you can continue and whether any should be paused.
Make a practical plan
Leave with a manageable routine and guidance about when another visit may be useful. A good plan should fit your schedule and budget as well as your skin goals.
A little time for yourself.
A clearer plan for your skin.
The RELAX approach
A welcoming starting point
for professional skincare.
A facial may suit you if you want help with ordinary surface dullness, dryness or roughness, or simply want to understand the available skincare options. You do not need to arrive knowing the exact technique you want.
Tell us about active acne, eczema, rosacea, a recent sunburn or a product reaction. These may call for modified care or a medical assessment. A facial should not delay evaluation of a changing spot, persistent rash or painful skin condition.
- Dull-looking skin
- Dry-feeling skin
- Superficial texture
- A confusing home routine
- Seasonal skin changes
- A relaxing skincare appointment
Care that continues beyond your appointment.
Before your visit
Bring your product names or photographs of the labels. Note any recent treatments and anything that regularly stings or causes redness. If you are unsure which facial to reserve, describe your concerns when contacting the clinic.
Avoid introducing a strong new exfoliant just before the visit. Let us know if the appointment is for a special event so the plan can account for possible temporary sensitivity.
After your visit
Follow the advice for the specific facial performed. A gentle routine and sun protection are sensible foundations; additional exfoliation may need to wait, particularly after microdermabrasion or another resurfacing step.
Notice how your skin feels over the following days. If a product causes persistent burning or a rash, stop using it and contact the provider. Use your response to guide the next appointment.
A facial or an advanced procedure?
Start with the concern.
A facial is often a good place to discuss surface care and routine. Microneedling, peels, RF and laser services involve different mechanisms, recovery needs and clinical decisions. Choosing one is not simply a matter of upgrading to the most intensive option.
If you want fine hair removal, ask about Dermaplaning. If you want the combined Oxygen Glow experience, that is a separate service. If you are mainly concerned about deeper scars, persistent pigmentation or laxity, a targeted consultation can help you choose the next step.
A clear plan. Transparent pricing.
| Treatment | Price |
|---|---|
| Custom Signature Facial | $125 |
| Hydro Beauty Facial | $149 |
| European Facial | $159 |
| Microdermabrasion | $159 |
Ask the clinic to confirm appointment length and inclusions for your chosen facial. Advanced treatments and add-ons have separate listings.
Your thoughtful questions, answered.
Which facial is best for a first visit?
Describe your skin concerns and sensitivity when booking. The Custom Signature Facial can be a useful starting point for a tailored conversation, but the clinic can help you choose an appropriate option before reserving the appointment.
Does every facial include extractions?
No step should be assumed from the general word facial. Ask what is included in the option you choose and whether extractions are appropriate for your skin. Inflamed lesions may need medical care rather than manual pressure.
Is Hydro Beauty the same as HydraFacial?
Do not assume a trademarked device or protocol from a similar-sounding name. Ask which system and steps are included in RELAX’s Hydro Beauty Facial. Comparing the actual treatment is more helpful than comparing names alone.
Can I have a facial with sensitive skin?
Possibly, but explain your reactions and any diagnosed conditions before treatment. The provider may simplify products, avoid heat or exfoliation, or recommend postponement. A gentle-sounding treatment name does not guarantee suitability for every sensitive complexion.
What does microdermabrasion feel like?
It is a device-based surface-exfoliating treatment, often described as a mild sanding sensation. Your provider should explain the device used and check comfort. Temporary pinkness or sensitivity can occur afterward, so follow the recommended care.
Will a facial cure acne?
A facial is not a substitute for a medical acne plan. Some steps may support cosmetic skincare, but persistent inflammatory acne or scarring deserves appropriate assessment. Tell the provider what acne medicines you use before any exfoliation is selected.
How often should I book?
There is no single interval that suits every skin type or service. Your provider can discuss a schedule based on the treatment, response and home routine. Occasional visits may be enough when your main goal is a refreshed feeling.
Can I combine a facial with other RELAX services?
Ask about timing before combining a facial with peels, microneedling, injectables or heat-based services. Some combinations may be unsuitable while skin is sensitive. A coordinated schedule is more useful than stacking several treatments on one day.
